With years of hands-on experience in real estate, he leads the team with purpose and a clear focus on creating a more thoughtful, human approach to buying and selling homes in the Raleigh area. That approach has helped Morton Bradbury become a top 25 real estate team in the Raleigh Triangle area, out of more than 15,000 agents.
After relocating from Los Angeles to Raleigh in 2018, Tanner launched the YouTube channel Living in Raleigh NC (The Original) to guide others through the relocation journey and offer insight into life in the Triangle. His personal experience gives him a unique perspective that comes through in his videos and resonates with those making similar moves.
Tanner’s passion for homes extends well beyond the transaction itself. He has a deep appreciation for interior design, renovations, historic homes, and properties with character. He is especially drawn to the way a home can shape how people live, gather, and build their lives. That perspective influences the way he leads the company and helps shape Morton Bradbury into something that feels less like a traditional real estate group and more like a trusted guide for people beginning their next chapter. Outside of real estate, Tanner enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.
