Choosing the Right Raleigh Area Retirement Community

Every location offers a different balance of healthcare, shopping, recreation, travel access, home design and community amenities. Before choosing a neighborhood, compare the total monthly costs, homeowner association responsibilities, age qualification rules, future development plans and the driving time to the places you will use regularly.

Prices, incentives, availability, construction timelines and planned amenities can change. The onsite representative at a new construction community represents the builder or seller, not the buyer. Having your own real estate agent involved before your first visit can help you compare communities, understand the paperwork and evaluate available incentives without relying only on the builder's sales presentation.

The Morton Bradbury Real Estate Group helps buyers compare active adult communities and all ages neighborhoods throughout Raleigh and the Triangle.
