Shariann Balga grew up in Hawaii and brings the spirit of aloha into everything she does. She and her husband have been married for 30 years, and together they’ve raised three wonderful children who are now starting their own journeys as adults.

Since moving to North Carolina three years ago, Shariann has embraced the vibrant mix of cultures, welcoming communities, and endless opportunities that Raleigh has to offer. That sense of diversity and connection inspires her every day in her work as a real estate professional.

Outside of real estate, Shariann loves getting lost in a good book and is even starting to write a few stories of her own. She also enjoys dancing, simply because it brings her joy. And when she’s with her family, she makes every moment feel special and meaningful. Those experiences remind her to slow down and be present, and she carries that same warmth and attention into her work with clients.
