The median household income comes in at $110,000. Holly Springs is what is known as a new suburb in that it was really small just a few years ago and it’s really grown rapidly. Many people have moved to Holly Springs because of the quality of life and the location. The proximity to Cary and Raleigh is a short distance. Holly Springs suffers in that it doesn’t really have an established downtown that developed over the years. Holly Spring’s downtown is pretty much new but the residents of Holly Springs love it. Morrisville is centrally located and that is driving the demand. There are many parks, tons of green space. It doesn’t have a true downtown like some of the other cities mainly because for a while Morrisville was just a place where people went to work. There were not many houses in Morrisville but because of the growth it has expanded out. The developers, the builders have decided Morrisville is a good place to build and so it has been developed and many people have moved into Morrisville. The main thing to be aware of is Morrisville is in the RDU airport flight path.
